As a Sales Support Specialist, you will help provide a variety of crucial support functions for front line sellers to streamline the sales process as well as enhance the experience for our customers and business clients.

Additional Information
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
Process customer orders using AT&T sales portals- Utilize CRM software to track and complete order requests
- Adhere to all local customer identity verification polices
- Clearly communicate with coworkers and customers through a variety of platforms
- Provide exceptional support and service at all times
