As a Sales Support Specialist, you will help provide a variety of crucial support functions for front line sellers to streamline the sales process as well as enhance the experience for our customers and business clients.

• Retail and/or remote sales support experience

Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:

• 
  Process customer orders using AT&T sales portals
• Utilize CRM software to track and complete order requests
• Adhere to all local customer identity verification polices
• Clearly communicate with coworkers and customers through a variety of platforms
• Provide exceptional support and service at all times
