The Headlines:

In the role of Sales Team Lead in Bentonville Arkansas, you will be part of the National Accounts Team. You will lead the Walmart/Sams Club national sales executive team

This position reports to the Vice-President, National Accounts, and typically requires 2-3 days of travel per week.

The Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for sales volume, distribution, key chain account relationships and performance results for customer(s).
  • Leads and directs external and internal resources to execute the sales objectives and activities deliver Molson Coors volume and profit goals, ensure overall ‘brand health’, and optimize the use of budget across all relevant geographies.
  • Establishes strong customer relationships and provides thought leadership on industry / category dynamics and retail execution.

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience (10+ years) in progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries
