Salesforce Administrator

An opportunity to do something big. Babson Diagnostics is searching for a full-time Salesforce Administrator to join us on our team. In this role you will work with all levels of the business including business partners, technology, and external vendors to build and manage effective Salesforce solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Design scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions alongside our technical leaders, providing detailed design documentation, proofs-of-concept, and prototypes
• Be the voice of authority for our Salesforce infrastructure and drive expansion and upgrade roadmaps
• Map out and maintain our Salesforce cloud architecture, data architecture, and journey maps of our application experience
• Work closely with a team of managers, admins, and developers to realize your solution
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product and Sr. stakeholders operating as a platform owner
• Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate new Salesforce technology tools into a solution to support key business unit stakeholders
• Act as Salesforce Security admin and drive security architecture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer working in a scalable environment
• Experienced with Salesforce sales cloud, service cloud, field service lightning, experience cloud and marketing cloud
• Knowledge of Standard and Custom Object Architecture
• Ability to design Custom Report Types, Reports and Dashboards
• Ability to design custom applications & experience sites
• Fluent in Declarative automation tools like Flow and Approval Process
• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture using Platform Events and Outbound Messages
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is a plus!
• Experienced in building integrations with Rest API, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs
• Thorough understanding of salesforce system limits to build at scale
• Interest in working across departments to manage shifting priorities and requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence a large organization and grow within a team

Day-to-day functions of the role require:

- Standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time.

- A normal range of vision and hearing (inclusive of candidates using corrective measures such as glasses or hearing aids).

- Occasional repetitive motions.
