• Demonstrate a high level of working knowledge with different methodologies and processes like Project Life Cycle, System Development Life Cycle.
• Experience in FSL.
• Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects in FSL.
• Document and update requirements; prepare and distribute RFPs and evaluate responses.
• Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to identify and validate business processes and solutions when appropriate.
• Communicate requirements with minimal direction and guidance. Act as the liaison between the business experts and the project team members.
• Facilitate business/functional requirement reviews, approvals, and sign-off sessions.
• Successfully justify recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate with Developers.
• Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
• Key contributor in cross-functional teams, user stories, BRD and roadmap development
• Conduct Solution reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution aligned with business requirements
• Create and deliver high quality presentations

Certifications:

• Must have Salesforce Admin certification
• Good to have salesforce FSL certification
• Good to have Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
• Good to have IIBA certification
