Title - Salesforce Solutions Architect - Remote

Client – Indiana Department of Child Services

Location- Indianapolis, IN

Duration – 6+ Months

Visa – Any

Responsibilities include:

• This position ensures; Established INvest salesforce solution is well architected; document if any gaps or architectural improvements identified

• Communicate and discuss the gaps with INvest Work Group; Implement solutions for identified INvest salesforce architectural improvements

• Participate in INvest Knowledge Sharing sessions and obtain the knowledge about how the INvest Salesforce architectures (Application, Data, Integrations, Identity, Deployment) are established

• Research and analyze new features/concepts of salesforce; Execute and document PoC results and Communicate to the Leadership Team, how the business-driven outcomes will be achieved by using these new features/concepts

• Maintain INvest Solution Architecture Designs, Purge/Archive, and other Architectural documents and create new architectural documents as required

• Create and maintain Conceptual and Logical architecture models and diagrams

• This position ensures application security and policies defined in the Security plan are implemented in the applications and collaborates with the CSB-IT security team as needed

• Monitor Salesforce events using Splunk (SaaS) solution and create monitoring dashboards/reports

• Provide Solution architectures for new enhancements and process improvements

• Provide Technical guidance to CSB-IT DevOps and other CSB-IT teams as required

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
