RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist in coordination of export shipments.

· Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments.

· Track and trace all shipments.

· Update and maintain Transportation Management System(s) –; SAP.

· Prepare and publish daily, weekly reports.

· Obtain data to assist in analysis on performance trends.

· Proactively identify problems to management.

· Answer and resolve basic billing questions when needed.

· Confirm rates with carriers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business or Supply Chain or any applicable.

· At least 5 + years of experience.

· Proficient in SAP SD & MM (3 years at least) and Microsoft office applications.

· Good Excel skills

· Seeking 3 + years of international export experience. Previous experience with exports forwarding or compliance a plus.

· Ability to analyze and verify AES data elements and generate reports.

· Knowledge of related export laws and regulations.

· Strong written and verbal communications skills.

· Excellent customer service with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Very strong computer/tech skills (Excel, Office, PowerPoint).

· Critical thinker.

· Must be resourceful, flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented

· Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under high pressure and within demanding time constraints.

· Reliable. Punctual. Organized.

· Excellent customer service and organizational skills, desired.

· Ability to work on other duties as needed.

Spanish will be a plus, but not mandatory

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
