Position: Business Analyst / Finance & Accounting

Bill Rate: $70 per hour W2

USC/GC

Availability: 6 month duration; C2H

Location: Remote or Hybrid to NJ or TX

Job Description:

Business Analyst plays an integral role in the Enterprise Application group, and they bridge the gap between Information Technology and business stakeholders.

Will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and projects.

Must have experience in working with SAP FI module, supporting SDLC processes from requirements gathering, analysis, documenting, design, development, testing, production release, and proven track record in delivering successful outcomes on
time, utilizing software development methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall.

Responsibilities:
 Adept at relationship building and communicating with cross-functional teams
 Effectively partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, drive process
improvements, and implement best practices
 Communicate with stakeholders acting as liaison between stakeholders and Enterprise
Applications team
 Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills with sound customer focus
 Effective utilization of business analysis skills and tools, performing requirement analysis, gap
analysis, data analysis, impact analysis, use case design, business process modeling and data
modeling
 Work with business user groups to maintain on-going knowledge transfer and nurture Crestron
business sense
 Gather and write business user requirements
 Understand user requirements and assist to translate them to functional
requirements/specifications
 Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level
information into details
 Involved in defining and designing solution around the business process as per business
requirements
 Involved in creating use cases, business flows and workflows design for effective plans
 Work as a part of scrum team, in an Agile methodology with sprint cycles, daily stand ups, story
implementation, and demos; include cross functional project and support teams
 Responsible for creating and maintaining test scripts
 Collaborate to review test plans and test cases, including clarifying requirements to ensure
complete coverage of user requirements
 Collaborate to prepare test data, perform functional, integration, regression, and performance
testing, including UAT and documenting defects
 Work closely with entire Enterprise Applications team to support Operations
 Involved in researching current business processes and systems, and document business
functionality
 Change Management: monitor, track, assess approved changes. Communicate changes with
business users, application, infrastructure, and platform owners. Recommend required testing
