Scaler 3rd shift $21.46 /hr shift 8:00pm-4:15am Mon-Fri with some Saturdays

Hiring Immediately!

1. Check the schedule to determine the ingredients and the amounts needed to be scaled/weighed during a shift.
2. Prepare scales for the weighing process.
3. Select specified ingredients for dough mixture.
4. Accurately weigh each ingredient per specified formulas and instructions.
5. Sift lumpy ingredients as needed.
6. Place ingredients in designated bags.
7. Record shift, ingredients, and initials on the bags.
8. Record all lot numbers on the bags.
9. Place ingredient bags weighing up to 100 lbs. on moving cart.
10. Sweep, clean and mop work area; Cleans barrel carts; Washes utensils.
11. Communicate changes, instructions, etc. to the scalers on the next production shift.
12. Always follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
13. Verbally communicate instructions, problems, etc. to co-workers, supervisors and employees from all departments.
14. Comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
