Summary: The Scheduler is responsible for day-to-day scheduling of personal assistants to fill client jobs. This person will also perform administrative support of the agency, ranging from answering phones to performing clerical duties. The person must be proficient with all computer software programs used in the office setting, have excellent communication skills and be able to complete multiple tasks.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have experience working in an office and/or customer service environment
  • Prior experience in scheduling or working as a home health aide.
  • Basic computer knowledge, data entry, and word processing
  • Ability and willingness to learn new computer programs and other tasks
  • Must possess effective verbal/written communication skills, solid mathematical skills, and strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professional phone and office manner
  • Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends when on-call

Essential Functions:

  • Schedule all open client jobs with personal assistants placing the most appropriate personal assistant with the client.
  • Maintain ClearCare scheduling/reporting system and follow-up on late personal assistants.
  • Backup receptionist and other administrative duties.
  • Once every 3-4 weeks work an after-hours on-call phone rotation.
  • Assist other Administrative Staff with various tasks as needed
  • Reports to the Human Resource Director

Compensation range of $16.00-18.50/hour with quarterly bonus option and extensive benefits package.
