What you will get to do:
Support the needs of SeaWorld Orlando parks through scheduling, timekeeping and analysis and share these finding and solutions to varied levels of leadership
- Serve as primary scheduler for specified departments
- Point of contact for the ambassador call-in line
- Make process improvement, scheduling utilization recommendations
- Assist with annual budgets
- Maintain area line schedules
- Gather data and analyze areas of ownership
- Assist as a backup for timekeeping as needed
- Provide support to the Labor Supervisor and Finance Leader
What it takes to succeed:
- Available to work 11am to 6:30pm, or based on park hours and needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
- At least one year experience in a customer service related position or office environment preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- One year of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment or related hospitality company experience
- Prior scheduling, and/or leadership experience is a bonus
