Company Description:

La Nurse Home Care Registry, a mid-size Florida based private duty home care company is seeking an experienced person for Client Scheduling for home care and staffing in nursing homes and rehab centers in our Delray Beach office.

Scheduling/Staffing

• Assist with client scheduling
• Communicate with clients regarding their scheduling needs
• Work with independent contractor caregivers to refer clients
• Staff nursing homes and rehab centers
• On Call Rotation-Take calls after hours and weekends for all emergencies, scheduling issues/changes, and new client referrals

Required Experience:

• Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
• 2-4 years’ experience in home care
• Must have experience with Client Scheduling in home care
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and customer service skills
• Critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve accordingly
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Excellent follow through
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• MatrixCare or comparable software experience preferred
• Computer skills
