Overview:Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Scrum Analyst for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

Responsibilities:

• The Scrum Analyst will work closely with subject matter experts to understand requirements and translate into epics and stories.
• Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and helping team members embrace Agile values, adopting and applying Agile Principles, and implementing Agile practices.

• Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals.

• Identify and work to mitigate impediments.

• Lead and/or support product roadmap development.

• Facilitate all team meetings, including (but not limited to) the daily stand-up, Iteration Planning, Team Demo, and Iteration Retrospective.

• Keep the team focused on daily and iteration goals to include achieving results, quality, flow and velocity.

• Ensure team follows standards developed for code development, automated testing and build procedures.

• May provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements.
• Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures.

• Develop project documentation and user training materials according to program specifications.
• Document the organization’s current business process flows.
• Identify and document functional requirements for information systems.
• Assist the organization to translate its vision and strategy into core human resource and business process.
• Lead clients through streamlining, re-engineering, and transforming business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years applicable experience.

• 4+ years experience with Agile Methodologies and Scrum.
• 4+ years experience in requirements analysis.
• Experience conducting training sessions and preparing communication plans.
• Experience providing technical support to software development teams.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, bother verbal and written.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
• Able to develop strong client relationships.
• Experience in designing and implementing organizational structures, conceptual design and developing training curricula.
• Experience in using available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement to determine the most useful business solution.
