Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the scrum events :- Sprint Planning, Daily stand up call, Review, Retrospective, Grooming
  • Inform Product Owners about on-going issues and blockers
  • Coordinate with the vendor(s) team for open items/defects/issues
  • Document all aspects of the project including sprint schedule, and meeting agendas/notes
  • Work with cross functional teams for any roadblocks & tool access issues
  • Tracking all Reports such as Velocity & burn down, Performance average, non-rally effort.
  • Provide agile coaching for scrum teams to ensure the adoption and improvement of scrum practices, process and desired outcomes.
  • Establish a culture of self-organizing, cross- functional and accountable teams. Help those outside the scrum teams understand which of their interactions with scrum teams are helpful and which ones are not.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the facilitation of team and retrospectives, ensuring teams effectively prioritize, plan and execute on improvement ideas
  • Elicit, identify, document, and refine requirements from business/customer problems to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that may include technical requirements
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, Infrastructure and other team members to analyze information and functional requirements, advocate the development process through to implementation, and ensure the delivered product meets business/customer needs
  • Collaborate well with the team and with stakeholders/developers/QA/Infrastructure/Security teams during product development through implementation
  • Manage stakeholder needs & requests while balancing product roadmap priorities
  • Facilitate iteration planning sessions, daily team stand-ups, grooming sessions, and retro
  • Use metrics and feedback to improve team and organization processes, best practices, performance, and delivery
  • Assist with deployments and production support issues
  • Understand well Platform Engineering tools and processes Tech landscape.

Skills, Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical degree
  • 2-5 years of Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Great communication skills - someone who is exceptional at building trust, persuading stakeholders, inspiring team members, and selling solutions.
  • Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
  • Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, Java or JavaScript, or other programming languages a plus
  • Experience using CA Agile Central, Visio, Postman, Swagger.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with public cloud service offering (IaaS, PaaS services as well as AWS, Google Cloud etc)
  • 2+ years of experience working in the Telecommunications Industry including Tier 1 / Tier 2 operators mobile network operator
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering software solutions covering all aspects from inceptions to deployment and beyond
  • Experience in Telecom operator’s BSS/OSS domain and network facing application integration architecture
  • Experience of working in diverse geographic locations
  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
  • Experience in planning and managing small teams of technical and functional SME
