Position Summary
We are looking for a seasonal part-time Busser to join our team and help create a great experience for our guests!

What You Do
- Set Tables: You are responsible for setting the tables prior to opening, as well as throughout your shift as tables turn over and parties leave.
- Clear Tables: You assist in clearing tables after parties have finished their meals. You are responsible for making sure all tableware is cleared off and brought back to be washed.
- Assist: After warmly greeting our guests, you assist our servers with initial drink orders, as well as re-fills when needed.
- Recommend: You get to know our menu items, and grow your cheese knowledge, so you can guide the experience for our guests and make recommendations to satisfy their cravings!
- Stock: Some additional duties in stocking will be needed.
What We Need From You
At least 2 years NYC Restaurant Experience
Fast paced / sense of urgency a must
Friendly and outgoing
Flexible schedule – available nights and weekends
Active participation in dining room – full table maintenance
Ability to work on a team – tips are pooled
Availability between October to end of February 2023 for Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
