Mid-size Condominium/Rental Complex in Truro, MA, is seeking a Seasonal Manager to handle the day-to-day business affairs/operations, maintenance during the daily business hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, or as designated by the Trustees, through the Thursday following Columbus Day Weekend. The manager is to provide quality services, to ensure the proper operations of the complex, to meet the needs/requirements of the Home Owners Association (HOA), Rental Group and rental guest. Oversee, maintain the common areas to ensure a proper, safe and inviting presentation of the complex as directed by the trustees. Oversight of the pool and pool area, including testing of the pool water as required by state, local, requirements.(class provided) Answer all office emails and telephone inquiries in a prompt and timely manner. Process and/or pay such day-to-day bills generated as a result of operations at the complex, including those related to the general operation of the complex and those related to the Rental Group. Submit all invoices to accountant for both HOA and Rental Group. Do all required office duties for HOA and Rental Group. Responsible for ensuring rental units are properly maintained as stipulated by Braemar Trustees. The Seasonal Manager is responsible for the collection of all rental income. Prompt processing and deposit of rental income as determined by the Trustees. Is responsible for the inventory and ordering of all supplies. Submit payroll information as required to the accountant. Submit all financial reports to Chairperson and Treasurer as required/requested. Prior experience is a plus. Salary to be discussed.
