Common Market was created with the same ethos as Mod Ref, but for the everyday man. While geared towards men, Common Market styles are perfect for women seeking pieces with a masculine flair.

We're seeking to hire a team player for our 2nd location opening in May 2022 at The LAB Anti-Mall in Costa Mesa! Looking for individuals with an understanding of the Mod Ref | Common Market aesthetic and spirit. Our ideal candidate is warm, enthusiastic, intelligent and honest, with extraordinary communication skills. We value adaptable self-starters with a positive attitude.

This position has room for growth within the company for a potential full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities + Requirements

• Maximize sales and provide a welcoming environment to all customers. Maintain a warm, helpful and authentic shopping environment
• Handle all point-of-sale transactions
• Willingness and availability to work during peak business periods - some nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Be passionate about the Mod Ref | Common Market brand and products
• Maintain the integrity of our showroom/store and uphold our visual standards
• Assist with any necessary processes and operations for retail/sales and wholesale/showroom
• Clean, organize and maintain store inventory. Communicate with warehouse team regarding sold out items and restocks
• Open/close store (keyholder position)
• Retain customer feedback, trends and shares insights with management
