Seasonal Tax Preparer

This position provides services in a retail setting of tax, bookkeeping and loan operations.

Duties of the position:

• Prepare individual income taxes
• Assist in loan processing, underwriting, and collections
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations as well as program expectations of company agreements.
• Assist to execute a plan for marketing and business development.
• Work in a team environment with clear goals and a high level of customer service.
• Maintain current knowledge in tax preparation, loan processing and compliance and other areas of business services.

Requirements:

• Willingness to obtain tax knowledge to prepare individual income taxes.
• Experience in tax preparation and loan operations preferred but not required.
• Work experience in a team setting where your role is dependent upon the success of others and where others success is dependent upon your performance.

Schedule:

• Work hours for this position are flexible based on availability and the needs of the store.

Compensation and benefits:

• Pay is commensurate with skills and experience.
• Bonuses are paid based on performance of the individual, the team and the store.

Pay: $8.25 - $15.00 per hour

• Magee, MS 39111: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
