Monday-Friday 8:00am - Completion

Havertys is hiring a Shipping secondary Lead responsible for preparing furniture for delivery to our Customers home. Leads must work in conjunction with the shipping supervisor to direct their team to meet Haverty’s exception and productivity standards.
As a Shipping Secondary Lead, this is your opportunity to:
- Showcase your ability to perform and provide value in a team environment
- Reviews the team’s delivery exceptions
- Takes responsibility for efficiently directing the team’s workflow
- Uncarton/unwrap furniture and inspects for defects and damage
- Responsible for the proper handling and care of the furniture
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work space
Job Type: Full-time
