Salary: $8.69hr - $14.14/hr

The salary Kagman III given will be determined by the qualification of the appointee.

Location: Kagman Community Health Center, Inc.

Kagman Commercial Building, Kagman Rd., Kagman III

Duties:

Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent in this position performs a variety of secretarial duties specific to the office of the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. Maintains office documentary procedures, records, and correspondence. Developing and controlling correspondence procedures and style for all departments to assure uniformity and clarity. Maintain control of reports and correspondence and follow up with responsible personnel to ensure action is taken. Maintain alarge volume of files embracing all divisions and agencies. Responsible for organizing, indexing, classifying, and cross-referencing a wide variety of subjects. Arranges meetings and correspondence for the Chief Executive Officer. Coordinates and sets up schedules for Chief Executive Officer. Receives incoming mail and other materials, log, and routes them to proper staff members for action. Prepare all documents that will need theCEO’s signature and then route themto proper personnel staff or vendor. Plans and organizes events and functions. Prepares KCHC Board of Directors meeting packets, as needed. Attends KCHC Board of Directors and Board Committee Meetings and takes minutes. Drafts letters and correspondence for the Chief Executive Officer. Communicates with the staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics for internal and external meetings. Arranges travel accommodations for the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and staff, including arrangements for transportation and lodging, provision of information regarding meetings, etc. Prepare and route the Request for Travel Authorization for signatures before the travel date. Be sure that all per diem checks are given to the traveler before the travel date. After thetraveler returns, prepare the Travel Voucher and Trip Report with all documents attached and route for signature and then file. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

Any combinationis equivalent to graduate from high school/GED and at least 2 years of clerical-related work experience. Ability to work effectively with coworkers and clients. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Organized and professional demeanor. Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar. Computer literacyis necessary.

Conditional Requirements:

This position is a full-time employment status. The regular work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm for a total of 40 hours per week. This work schedule however is subject to change with or without notice based on the Employer’s business requirement and/or by the demands of the employee’s job; Every effort will be made to adhere to the employee’s regular work schedule. This position is “COVERED” and is eligible to receive overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Other:

This position is paid on abi-weekly basis (two [2] week period). Benefits include eight (8) paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), and health and dental insurance. KCHC adheres to all applicable deductions such as CNMI tax, Federal Tax, Medicare, and Social Security.
