- Performs usual office routine.
- Maintains all substitute and teacher absence paperwork-Experience with Google Docs and Aesop—Payroll.
- Maintains building supervision activity forms and processes for each season.
- Waive-a-final List.
- Performs receptionist duties (greeting visitors, routine incoming calls, responding appropriately to questions, visitor checking program).
- Types, edits, duplicates, and distributes all office communications from Assistant Principals. This will include, but not limited to, the building memos, letters, calendars, announcements, agendas, and bulletins.
- Schedules all support staff interviews/evaluations.
- Purchasing for building including textbook adoption paperwork.
- Handles all document retention and destruction.
- United Way Campaign for building.
- Processes work permits.
- Process Expulsions and AEP Recommendation Paperwork.
- Assists with homecoming planning/mailings.
- Supervises student assistants.
- Prepares school calendar, teachers master schedule, staff phone list.
- Handles confidential/personal information.
- Other duties assigned by Principal or designee.
