1st SHIFT IS:
NIGHTS (2300-0730)

2nd SHIFT Is:
SWINGS (1500-2330)

Applicants must have the ability to multi-task in what will at times be a fast-paced environment with phones ringing, two-way radio traffic and log entries on the computer. Dispatchers will answer phones, taking calls from clients and police in regard to request for services. They use a two-way radio to communicate with security officers in the field, and they use a computer reporting program to document all calls and activity via event logs and reports. Dispatchers are also tasked with facilitating shift coverage in the event of late arrivals or call outs by utilizing the company schedule and call list.

Computer literacy, reliability/dependability and a strong work ethic are major components for working at Arcadia Security. If you are unable to arrive for shift on time, or have a tendency for calling out, please do not bother applying as late arrivals and calls outs effect other employees who need to pick up the slack.

Prior Dispatching Experience is a PLUS!

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
First Performance Review with Raise: After 90 days
Second Performance Review with Raise: After 180 days
After 180 days, employees begin to receive the company medical stipend
Third Performance Review with Raise: After Anniversary Date

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
