NOW HIRING FIELD SUPERVISORS!!

American Guard Services, Inc. is need of experienced Security Field Supervisors throughout San Antonio, TX

• 2nd & 3rd shifts available
• Weekly pay - every Friday
• Uniforms provided
• Full-time Benefits after 90 days
• Company vehicle and gas card

Responsibilities for the Security Field Supervisor position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Will conduct site inspections of all AGS security accounts within his/her assigned area of responsibility.
• Counsels officers on various issues such as appearance, poor attendance, job performance and customer service.
• Conducts specific site related training for officers at their assigned job location to cover all facets of the officers' duties and responsibilities.
• Inspect, or replace equipment and supply items used by the security officers in the performance of their duties.
• Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customer's expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures.
• Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.
• Assist Branch office personnel with payroll input, uniform inventory and re-supply, inspects company vehicles for damage, excessive ware and ensures all required maintenance is completed when needed to ensure maximum serviceability of vehicles. May perform other administrative or security professional-level work on an as-needed basis.

Qualified applicants for the Security Field Supervisor position will meet the minimum requirements, as described below:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college desired.
• Valid and current Guard Card
• Must have a DMV printout of clean driving record
• Security Officer Skills Training Certificates
• MUST have a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
• Superior customer service skills and support
• Prior experience in the security industry required
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from work (company will provide patrol vehicle while on duty)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
