Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community in Springdale, OH, is looking for full time & part time Security Guards, for 2nd* shift (4p-12a).*
COVID-19 vaccine is a requirement for employment; however, if applicable, medical and religious exemption submissions can be submitted and reviewed by the COVID committee prior to job offer. Valid drivers license is also required for this position.
Starting pay is $13/hour, pay is based off experience. For those working 2nd* and 3*rd* shift you will also receive differential pay.*
All positions need to be able to work some holidays, weekends, and overtime.
The ideal candidate will be a quality, caring and dependable individuals. The primary purpose of the job is to prevent fire, theft, vandalism and illegal entry of buildings, grounds and equipment. Also, ensures a safe environment for our residents, staff and visitors in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards. Previous experience as a fireman, policemen, or watchman is desirable.
