Security Operations Manager - Atlanta, GA
The Security Operations Manager – a professional sporting venue local to Atlanta, GA, provides direction, oversight, and accountability for multiple client accounts within their area of responsibility. Regularly coordinates with clients to ensure adequate Supervisory, and Event Staff and is in compliance with all client requirements. Responsible for the day-to-day management of event staff, recruiting and processing of new staff, payroll, on-site training of new hires, and performing ongoing training and quality initiatives for existing staff. Assesses skills of staff and works to ensure proper staff assignments.

The Security Operations Manager manages the services and related operations, maintaining a direct working relationship with the client to ensure compliance with contract requirements and a high degree of customer service. They are responsible for client retention and service expansion, delivery of quality services, and effective and efficient operational and administrative management.

- Serves as the local management point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
- Oversees, coordinates, and participates in the recruitment, selection, training, development, and retention of high-caliber employees in accordance with applicable law and Andy Frain policy.
- Meets regularly with client(s) to proactively address security, emergency, and safety matters.
- Prepares and coordinates staffing schedules. Acts to ensure client requirements are met while controlling labor costs.
- Coordinates staffing coverage in the event scheduled Event Staff calls out. Stands post in emergency situations to ensure coverage. Personally inspect all posts.
- Responsible for orientation and training of Event Staff and other personnel.
- Develop post orders and best practices for each assigned position within a designated account.
- Supports security planning, assessments, and surveys; reviews and updates post orders. Assists in the development of site-specific training materials.
- Maintaining a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Acts to ensure that employees are treated with dignity and respect and that employees understand applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
- Coaches employees and administers disciplinary actions as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws and Andy Frain policy.
- Ensures that client and Andy Frain's property are properly utilized, maintained, and accounted for.
- Ensures a proper inventory of uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintains and submits payroll records and other business information.
- Review security reports to verify post orders and client requirements have been satisfactorily followed.
- Understand all Andy Frain Services policies and procedures. Administer as needed
- Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of Supervisors and Event Staff.
- Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of all designated Accounts.
- Proactively identifies risks to employees and company assets (buildings, equipment, etc.). Plays a central role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and secure workplace.
- Develop site training aids and manuals to document processes or operations and provide services
- Acts as a readily available resource to client(s) Event Staff and Supervisors in the area of operations.
