The Security Project Manager is tasked with numerous functions providing overall support to an existing global Executive Protection Program. Members will be expected to travel globally on rotations that consist of 16 days on and 14 days off and can be based anywhere in the U.S or globally. This detail operates in a dynamic, multifaceted, and very fast paced environment and involves extensive travel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supervise, lead and mentor domestic and foreign Residential Security Agents or oversee and manage security vendor expectations and standards
  • Liaise and coordinate client requirements and ensure expectations are met on designated projects.
  • Reports to senior management or Global physical security manager on project progress and developments
  • Ensure the overall safety and security of designated principals and their property
  • Monitoring of multiple security technology systems to include alarms and cameras, and competence to identify and properly act on security risks
  • Controlling access to properties and maintenance of security logs for guests, service personnel, and vendors using Envoy
  • Opportunities for driving and special off-site assignments/details as directed
  • Helping to build and execute existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in use and proper maintenance for all equipment used in support of the protective operations program (i.e. medical supplies, communications devices, etc.)
  • Domestic and International travel based on operational needs

Skills and Experience:
Required

  • A combination of 3-6 years of relevant security and/or military/law enforcement experience
  • Must have 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Must be willing to travel and have a valid passport
  • Be willing to work 16 days per month (2 travel days and 14 days off)
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a coordinated team environment
  • Must possess a good understanding of the latest technology in use of smartphones, communications, collaboration apps, google suites
  • Must maintain valid licenses in the states where they are required
  • Μust have a valid driver's license and clean DMV driving record
  • Must maintain a current CPR/AED/First Aid cert.
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Italian or French preferred)
  • Must be clean cut and physically fit
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to professionally and successfully converse with, superiors, peers, and others
  • Must be proficient in report writing and have a working knowledge of various computer programs
  • Drug and nicotine-free; must pass a drug screening and submit to periodic screenings throughout employment
  • Specific training will be provided upon hire

Desired:

  • Prior ERT/SWAT/SOF and Executive Protection experience//Residential Security experience
  • Training in defensive driving, defensive tactics, counter surveillance/surveillance detection, and covert protection experience
  • Prior attendance of a recognized EP school (i.e. ESI, EPI, Oatman, PFC, ITG4, TFTT)
  • Wilderness NR-EMT

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary ranging from $115k-125k, depending on experience
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
