Founded in 2012 in Los Angeles, UNITED GUARD SECURITY INC.. is a premier Security solution provider dedicated to giving our clients 5 Star treatment. We need an experienced Sales Rep. that can develop and execute sales processes to reach monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
You will achieve your goal by identifying specific sectors/markets to best be served by United Guard Security INC. services, which included Patrols, Armed and Unarmed Services. Build relationships with potential clients within the sector/markets identified and provide best of class solutions for them. Work closely with UGS Operational Team.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Physical Security Sales Executive Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate new leads through research, cold calling, networking, and company-provided leads
2. Meet and exceed sales goals and overall objectives
3. Understand the security needs of prospects and customers to determine an appropriate solution
4. Negotiate pricing, products, and promotions with clients and prospects
5. Develop and maintain sales plans, forecast future sales
6. Collaborate with other team members to determine solutions to best meet customers' and prospects’ needs
7. Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves and meet with UGS Management team as well.
Requirements * Proven work experience as a physical security consultant - 5+ Years
1. Strong verbal and written command of the English language
2. An ability to prepare action plans
3. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
4. Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
6. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project and Smartsheet)
7. BS in Business Administration or related field experience is highly desirable

Starting Pay: $75,000-$100,000 Yearly salary) Plus Cash Bonus
