Osprey Point Inn, Restaurant, and Marina is seeking a Sous chef or experienced line cook to join our team!
Osprey Point Restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, with fine dining dinner service beginning at 5pm each night. We also have a pool bar and grill on the weekends, and weddings through out the year!
Sous chef helps prep food daily, brainstorms and comes up with new ideas with the chef for the menu, and is the right-hand-man to the head chef.
Sous chef works on the line, side by side with our head chef, to ensure quality meals are served from kitchen each dinner service.
Must be reliable, and able to work in a high-paced kitchen. Must have reliable transportation. Experience working on the kitchen line is a must. Must be able to temp meats.
