• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Salary: up to $100,000/year based on experience

Job Description for Logistics Corporate Billing Manager:

• Manage document intake, billing, and portal billing functions across multiple locations
• Engage business development partners to ensure customers are receiving proper documentation with their invoices
• Travel to new agencies and locations for integration business analysis (less than 25% travel)
• Improve workflow processes in conjunction with the development team
• Maintain customer profiles, including rate cards, customer-specific billing procedures, and SOPs

Job Requirements for Logistics Corporate Billing Manager:

• Must be highly dependable and detail oriented with the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
• Team-oriented with 3+ years of experience
• Logistics, transportation, or freight industry experience preferred
• Experience in high volume and large customer diversification base preferred
