MedOne is an AZ Based home medical provider specializing in making life easier for everyone we serve. Our primary services are focused on providing equipment and supplies to medically complex individuals and their caregivers. We are seeking a detail oriented Controller/Accounting Manager who will lead our team by example, and roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to be the best at whatever we do.

· Effectively and efficiently oversee key components of our revenue cycle including trend analysis, accounts receivable, cash application, funds confirmation

· Manage and oversee accounts payable, payroll, inventory and warehousing functions, providing insight into maximizing efficiency, profitability and optimum cash management

· Assess case reimbursement risk

· Demonstrate a high level of self-initiative, utilizing analytical skills to develop strategic, insightful financial reporting to management and ownership/board of directors

· Improve efficiency and negotiate better terms for all purchasing

· Assist the Compliance Officer in ensuring 100% compliance (no Exceptions)

· Assess and evaluate current versions of Quickbooks and Brightree

Required Skills and Knowledge:

· GAAP proficiency

· High Excel proficiency

· Quickbooks and Brightree software experience

· Good Communication skills

· Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
