We are looking for an energetic and analytical Senior Accountant to join our team of Accounting Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing general ledger journal entries, analysis, and reconciliation of various available ledger accounts. Specific areas of emphasis related to fleet assets and debt and cash and accounts receivable analysis on fleet-related accounts.

You will:

• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare cash reconciliations and gather details to book cash-related JEs
• Prepare general ledger account analysis for P&L accounts
• Assist in preparation of variance analysis between actuals and forecast and/or budget on overall Corporate level as well as by departments and locations
• Prepare fleet asset and fleet debt detailed account reconciliations and coordinate with the Fleet department on variances
• Assist in annual audit process with external auditors as well as responsible for preparing tax-related schedules for yearly tax returns
• Provide accounting-related support and communications between accounting and other departments within Fox
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field of study
• CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of general accounting or related experience
• Car rental industry experience preferred
• Securitization experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in Excel and Word-related skills
• Google Sheets and Google docs knowledge are a plus
