Senior Alliance Sales Director - Healthcare
Senior Alliance Sales Director of Healthcare will manage and grow strong, trusted relationships with a select list of EIS’s largest strategic partners. As the Senior Alliance Sales Director your role will entail being both a coach and an expert ensuring the EIS partners gain an in-depth knowledge of the EIS suite insurance platform while understanding and communicating the strategic value EIS adds to any deal. Additionally, you will be responsible for healthcare sales opportunities that come to you through many channels, including the Healthcare GM, Lead-Gen team, and your own network.
Key to your success in this role will be to establish and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders in the assigned partner network. Additionally, you will be the main liaison between EIS Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams, ensuring all sides are aligned at all times in support of the Partner ecosystem.
Specific accountabilities include:
- The primary responsibility of this role is to sell complex enterprise applications into the Healthcare insurance industry directly and in collaboration with our SI partners
- Work closely with EIS leadership and your peers to establish the partner program vision, objectives, metrics and support the annual planning process for the partner program resource staffing, joint marketing activities, sales engagement, investment plans, and training / enablement development plans.
- Drive partner sales revenue through management of regular pipeline and other opportunities.
- Organize and oversee business reviews with the partner and internal stakeholders.
- Define alignment and success criteria in building respective partner relationships.
- Coordinate and support our Partner onboarding processes.
- Work closely with the GM of Healthcare to align our GTM strategy with our SI partners
- Maintain accurate and current data inventory of partner activity such as contacts, referrals, and pipeline activity.
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting of partner activity such as referrals, pipeline, sales productivity, and relationship status.
- Originate and evaluate prospective partners, coordinating and supporting the development and negotiations of partnership agreements
- Work with Partner Marketing to lead the development of joint success stories, thought leadership and sales enablement materials to support pipeline and revenue growth
- You will work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on our robust product suite to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations.
- You will be engaged with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle, from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business, and beyond.
- You will be responsible for cultivating and developing new Executive-level relationships in concert with and separate from the SI partner relationships.
Qualifications and experience:
- 8+ years of experience in a partner/alliance role within the enterprise software or SaaS environment. Sales and account management experience is required.
- Solid track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with Advisory Consulting firms, System Integrators, and Enterprise VARs;
- Experience in successfully owning, driving, and managing partnerships against quarterly targets.
- Ability to speak with C-Level and work with high level strategy consulting firms.
- A self-motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively to solve complex business challenges.
- Ability to perform analytics to evaluate partner success and in support of the sales pipeline
- Experience using Salesforce.com or equivalent; PRM system experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of the Healthcare Insurance Industry and Core system replacement
- Ability to travel as necessary (pending due to COVID)
