Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst, Licensing supports internal licensing processes and functions, as well as acts as a point of contact between Spirit Halloween/Spencer Gifts and its licensing partners. The Senior Analyst, Licensing is responsible for ensuring that internal and external partner needs are met, from the initial deal memo/contract stage through product development and royalty reporting. Heavy emphasis on managing processes and systems, (Royalty Zone, AS400, PLM etc.), and ensuring that questions and requests are met in a timely and efficient fashion.

Specific job functions include:

• Managing and tracking active contracts, including key contract terms and ensuring obligations are met
• Coordinating quarterly royalty reporting and property forecasts
• Helping to maintain royalty and contract systems, including Royalty Zone
• Creating AD Hoc licensing reports as requested
• Assist in developing systems and tools that support existing and future licensing agreements
• Cross-functional collaboration on necessary systems and processes to support business needs
• Point of contact for licensors regarding all reporting and payment information
• Point of contact for licensors regarding all contract status questions
• Tracking contract renewals and employing a system to communicate/notify teams
• Heavy emphasis on managing processes and systems

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software and must have advanced Excel skills. Ability to work with Microsoft Access is a Plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,919.36 - $132,490.13 per year
