Summary:

• On-Site locations: Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah; DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania; Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center Battle Creek, Michigan.
• Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
• Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts.
• Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts.
• Translates detailed design into computer software. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product.
• Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
• Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency.
• Provides technical direction to programmers, as required, to ensure that program deadlines are met.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

Requirements:

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government IT-II / SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. Sponsorship will not be provided.
• One CE certification: Microsoft, Okta, AWS, or Google.
• One IAT security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP
• Six (6) years relevant experience.
• Hands on experience with development apps and tools such as: Visual Studio 2017 - 2022, Microsoft Team Foundation / DevOps integration, DataStudio, SQL Report Server, Microsoft IIS, .NET Framework, 508 Compliance.
• Hands on experience with Development Languages such as: VB6 DHTML/XHT, ML, PL-SQL, Perl VB.NET T-SQL, ASP.NET, C#, Classic Asp, XML, JavaScript, VB Script, VB.NET, T-SQL, ASP.NET.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
• Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Any of the following security certifications is a plus: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP

Preferences:

• Having one of the following is a plus: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP.
