Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition. The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will collaborate closely with the rest of the People Operations team and hiring managers from across the organization to support the identification, selection and hiring of world-class talent. This will require the ability to crush the stigma around traditional HR and Recruiting by not being a transactional recruiter or an administrative paper pusher. The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for fostering a thoughtful, deliberate and rewarding candidate experience while executing against an aggressive annual hiring plan for our full-time, part-time, contingent (contractor and leased), and intern hires.

This position reports to TR's Vice President, People Operations and is preferred to be based in TR's National Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA with an in-person hybrid schedule, but open to remote in the United States.
Duties:
- Serve as the team's sourcing expert, proactively building talent pipelines of passive candidates for our highest priority hiring demand by engaging in well-defined and thoughtful high volume sourcing
- Serve as primary facilitator of TR candidate experience - from job descriptions, postings and applications process, through initial outreach, screening and interviews, offers and background check
- Manage ongoing communication with all active candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the interview/hiring process from engaging kickoff process through background check
- Review contingent workforce requests to assess to identify contingent labor-related risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate and manage risks (i.e. co-employment and independent contractor misclassification, etc.)
- Work with Associate, People Ops & Reporting to generate ongoing reports and dashboards, and present hiring plan progress and metrics to People Ops leadership on a regular basis
- Serve as a primary administrator and in-house expert for the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse
Experience and Background:
- 2-4 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably within a complex scaling or high-growth organization or staffing agencies); or equivalent experience with demonstrated success building effective, front to back recruiting pipelines
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, et al), LinkedIn and various online sourcing methods and CRM/ATS tools (Greenhouse ATS preferred)
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

Pay Range:
- $57,000 - $81,000 per year if remote; $64,000 - $81,000 per year if in Los Angeles
