THE COMPANY:
This company is using data and technology to provide commercial business insights, allowing their customers to make better real estate decisions. Specializing in the lending, acquisition, and investment space, the company is a small team ranging from finance to software engineering talent with deep expertise. Their team is split across both their Portland and NY offices and looking to expand!
THE ROLE:
As the Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for all reporting and dashboarding for their servicing platform. You will be turning data into insights to better understand customer behaviors and trends, using QuickSight and similar tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable asserting their insights and being a leader for more junior employees.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python
- Extensive experience with AWS (or other cloud platforms)
- BONUS: Background in finance or working with financial data
