UTRS, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior C# Web Application Developer who is well versed in database backed .NET MVC web solutions for our Knowledge Management development team. The ideal candidate for this position should have 8+ years of experience in creating highly interactive .NET-based web applications backed by MSSQL database servers. Experience in writing SQL code and stored procedures is a plus. The ability to work both singularly and as part of a team is critical, and the candidate will have the skill and knowledge required to help guide the evolution of our portfolio of applications as we go forward both in the projects they’re working on, in assisting other developers, and in overall architecture.

This position will normally be remote, with the possibility of trips to the office in the case of in-person meetings or operational necessity (ex; if you should require IT support). Duties:

KMO Developers work with both live systems in sustainment and in new development from specs generated with our customers. Our developers are involved in the full life cycle of the application; initial requirements gathering and design, development of the solution, and ongoing support after release to our users.

Job Requirements:

HTML5, .NET/Core, MVC, Entity framework, C#, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap.js, REST interfaces, MS Visual Studio, Hands-on experience with SQL object programming including tables, queries, views, stored procedures.

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
