Job description

· Produce Cybersecurity Charter and Organizational documentation and ensure the Charter complies with the security standards (Chapters 282, Chapter 60GG-2, NIST, Risk Management Framework, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).

· Produce Resource Mapping documentation that shows how existing resources are currently producing deliverables to comply with regulatory requirements and include recommendations for process improvements.

· Produce a Cybersecurity Operations Center Operations Resources document and deliver runbooks, playbooks, and manuals necessary to operate the State CSOC.

· Produce a Data Privacy and Security document by assessing existing enterprise data privacy and security policies.

· Produce a Cybersecurity Training Recommendations document. Must review existing and planned training capabilities and resources and provide recommendations to enhance and further cybersecurity training.

· Produce a Strategic Planning document by reviewing the existing Statewide Strategic Security Plan (SSSP).
