VeeFriends is an intellectual property company founded through NFTs and Web3 technology. With an established community of token holders, VeeFriends is now expanding across different multimedia and experiences including animated skits, songs, video games, and an annual superconference “VeeCon”. VeeFriends was created by serial entrepreneur, and chairman of Vayner-X, Gary Vaynerchuk.
Consisting of 283 unique characters, and two “Series”, the VeeFriends universe was imagined and designed by Gary himself and aspires to promote characteristics and traits such as patience, kindness, and empathy to help the world to find happiness. Beyond the digital art which lives on the ethereum blockchain, all Series 1 tokens provide holders with admission to VeeCon, an annual super-conference that provides VeeFriends token-holders unprecedented access to some of the biggest names in Web3 and Popular culture.
About the role:
Work with creative group to work on a variety of VeeFriends creative design needs ranging from digital and print materials, logos, style guides and other consumer product and entertainment based design needs.
What you'll do:
- Strong typography, color and composition skills
- Style Guide designs. Design visually stunning patterns, patches, logos, packaging/hang tags, and more for internal, and licensed partner use.
- Knowledge working with brand guidelines and collaborating with creative teams/ marketing groups to ensure design concepts deliver on creative goals.
- Establish and maintain visual integrity across all projects
- Support brand on digital: campaigns, site updates, motion, etc
- Develop iconography, and content for all social media platforms
- Contribute to design problem solving across all needs
- Anticipate design needs that aren’t made explicit when possible
- Templated promotional materials as well as internal pitch documents
- Help review the design of product submissions that include across all consumer product categories (t-shirts, pajamas, books) to ensure they are on model, on brand, as modern as possible or meeting the criteria of the specific needs or collaboration.
- Help to clearly define and meet established deadlines and milestones
- Firm understanding of final production across various media
- Provide strong design leadership for outside partners, internal partners, and junior design resources
What you'll need:
- The ideal candidate should have 5+ years experience in print, graphic production and interactive media (a significant exposure to entertainment media companies). The Individual must have a sharp, well-rounded, and visually exceptional portfolio with design that includes examples of strong brand work i.e websites, event signage, brand identity packages and/or mobile experiences.
- Fluency in commonly-used design tools, methods, and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Google Apps and Microsoft Office) are required.
- Good sense of humor is a PLUS!

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Base Salary - $80,000-$100,000
