The Opportunity
Tide Cleaners is looking to add a Senior DevOps Engineer to our growing in-house product DevOps team. We are innovating a suite of technology that will drive improvements for a number of Tide services.  Our goal is to surprise and delight our customers, while growing one of the country’s most recognized brands.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the reliability of our existing Cloud infrastructure, DevOps processes, future improvements and/or new implementations, and migration to the Azure platform. Will run & manage Kubernetes clusters and run Terraform scripts. Will run & manage Kubernetes clusters, and use Terraform scripts to implement changes/updates. Work with development teams to create CI/CD pipelines. Also responsible for implementing monitoring tools, establishing cloud best practices, future growth of cloud infrastructure, and providing a senior level of ownership.
Overall Industry Experience: Proven experience with AWS and Azure infrastructure, as well as experience with managing & running Kubernetes clusters. Senior level, or leadership experience in ownership of an organization's cloud infrastructure.
Relevant Experience

• 5 years or more experience in SRE and DevOps
• Develop, deploy, and operate CI/CD pipeline(s) and SCM (GitHub) across development teams following P&G standards (Note, for Tide Cleaners this is performed via DevOps Engineer)
• Lead design of AWS/Azure technical infrastructure leveraging P&G design principles and approved AWS/Azure resources
• Document technical infrastructure per P&G standards
• Provision AWS/Azure development, staging, production, & training environments using P&G IAC/Terraform standards
• Collaborate with development teams on configuration, setup, and incident resolution
• Collaborate with Application Manager on Risk Management (iRisk) and Information Security Compliance (PSAT)
• Monitor cloud environment / resources to ensure overall application health including implementing changes in response to system-wide performance changes, anomalous behavior, and/or info-security policy changes
• AWS/Azure monitoring to ensure optimal resource utilization/costs
• Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
• Experience with server-less approaches using Lambda/Azure Functions
• Automation processes to simplify SDLC
• Ability to work remote and to collaborate or mentor other members
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Requirements gathering and feature analysis

Desired Skills

• Strong Communication Skills
• Familiarity with .NET Core
• Familiarity of MSSQL Server
• Prior experience with running & maintaining Kubernetes clusters (EKS is a plus)
• Building of strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver success
• Strong Azure and AWS skills with a preference to Azure
• Leadership skills
• Ability to accurately explain technical items to non-technical people
• Writing and deploying Terraform scripts
• Experience using Git and GitHub for source control
