The Senior Digital Campaign Analyst position is ideal for a self-motivated individual that is passionate about online media and the data that is part of a consumer's interaction with digital experiences. The ideal candidate has experience working with web analytics and display media delivery and performance reporting in a publisher or agency environment, with tasks that have included mining and interpreting data for digital products and/or media campaigns, monitoring and analyzing key metrics, providing insights about performance data and highlighting how reporting data aligns with defined business goals and metrics for the Healthgrades team's programmed solutions products.

What You'll Do

  • Manipulate multiple sources of data to analyze digital campaign performance across multiple dimensions and platforms
  • Analyze all types of measurement, reporting, and analysis for digital campaigns, including display, UV-based digital content, online video, and connected TV
  • Prepare and produce KPI-driven campaign reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis
  • Prepare and communicate analysis to present insights and actionable recommendations as related to media objectives for internal and external partners
  • Work in partnership with account strategy and sales teams to identify trends and communicate insights, advising on campaign effectiveness using a variety of data sets like third-party ad server data and onsite metrics (conversion floodlights and web metrics) to help answer client questions to drive incremental growth and improve efficiencies
  • Ensure campaigns meet all contractual obligations in terms of delivery and exceed performance expectations
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure metrics requirements align with development capabilities
  • Complete projects of varying size and complexity on aggressive timelines
  • Create supporting Adobe Analytics dashboards to analyze traffic patterns, campaign volume, and performance trends when appropriate
  • Process raw DCM/GAM, Innovid, and other display-related metrics and manipulate these data sets to optimize campaign performance based on client-specific KPIs and industry benchmarks.
  • Assist with automation projects to streamline data sources, establish team processes, and develop a multidimensional data set.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 5+ years professional experience in digital advertising analytics, preferably in the digital publishing industry
  • Experience analyzing multiple data sources such as web metrics, third-party ad servers, audiences, and measurement studies and translating insights into compelling, actionable recommendations to ensure campaign objectives are met (and exceeded)
  • Experience with managing campaign performance from an analytics perspective while providing exceptional customer support to multiple clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate strong mathematical and problem-solving skills as it relates to the digital publishing industry
  • Hands-on and inherently curious, leveraging strong quantitative and research skills to go above and beyond to analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills using data to tell stories about how a digital campaign is performing, with the ability to present deliverables (spoken, written, or visual) to different audiences, adjusted and aligned with each audience's needs and perspectives
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics (preferred) or similar industry standard web analytics platform
  • Experience interpreting third-party ad media metrics from DCM/GAM, Innovid, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience producing deliverables in a fast-paced business environment
  • High proficiency using Microsoft Office products including MS Excel
  • Self-starter with strong creative thinking, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills who can work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, accountability and deadlines, with excellent organizational, time-management, multi-tasking and project management capabilities
  • Familiarity with digital publisher and/or agency environments
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative team setting
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau a plus
  • Knowledge of Pharma/OTC measurement solutions (e.g. Crossix DIFA, Comscore, IQVIA, etc.) a plus

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
    • Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
