Collective Measures is currently seeking a full time Senior Digital Data Analyst. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, analysis, and digital marketing. This position is focused on analytics implementations, creating as well as analyzing client reports, problem-solving tracking, and measurement challenges, and performing ad-hoc analyses. The Senior Analyst will report into the Analytics team and work with cross-functional teams to create and develop insightful reports and develop measurement strategies to measure cross-channel effects of marketing activities. This position will require an understanding of both client objectives and the tools and concepts of measurement (web analytics, call tracking, media measurement, attribution) required to provide a complete picture of the client activities.

_JOB DUTIES:

• Ability to independently manage multiple client responsibilities, including enterprise level clients
• Develop strategic measurement strategies for clients and perform onboarding activities aligned to the strategy
• Design, build and populate reports measuring digital marketing activities and results
• Prepare and lead presentations to clients
• Ability to identify potential client risks and proposed solutions in a timely, thoughtful manner
• Perform web analytics tool implementation, audit, and testing
• Develop and execute client specific analysis and the ability to surface and articulate findings, recommendations, and methodology
• Ability to effectively give/receive feedback to client and executional peers as well as department, and project team leads
• Serve as a thought leader by sharing insights with colleagues and in agency marketing materials
  

_EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, economics, computer science or other related field and / or 4+ years of related work experience (agency experience preferred)
• Background in business and marketing report creation/delivery
• Knowledge of major web analytics and tagging platforms, including Adobe, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong knowledge of various marketing channels and their executional platforms, including PPC, SEO, display, CTV, social, and email
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
