The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist develops, implements and manages digital media programs and campaigns across multiple marketing platforms. This position collaborates with the Digital Marketing Manager and other internal teams to help drive growth through new sales, upgrades, and retention. Uses SEM, social media, programmatic display and other media channels to ensure a comprehensive digital mix. Explores, innovates and develops digital audience insights to drive customer acquisition and engagement opportunities.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success
- Translates high level marketing strategy into a in platform level tactical implementation.
- Day-to-day management of paid search to meet campaign objectives including oversight of budgeting, ongoing optimization, and execution.
- Implements digital marketing strategies and best practices including campaign optimization, keyword analysis, budget pacing / management, cost per acquisition management and A/B testing.
- Coaches & trains junior associates on the digital marketing team.
- Contributes to the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies and platforms.
- Proactively reports on performance by channel and provides recommendations.
- Analyzes data and determines new ways to optimize campaign performance improving conversion and retention.
- Identifies new industry trends and technologies that impact digital / online marketing and translates them into actionable plans.
- Takes on a lead role with less experienced marketing specialists, contributing to education and training.
- Manages marketing offers in content management systems.
- Coordinates with vendors to ensure that digital marketing assets are properly formatted, proofed, approved and trafficked.
- Attends regular meetings with multi-disciplinary marketing teams and provides regular status updates on digital media.
- Helps with securing new assets and the administration of digital asset management platform.
- Builds relationships with vendors to secure new assets and administers them through the digital asset management platform.
- Acts as backup point of contact for the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Takes on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our organization’s values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with primary study in Marketing or other related field or equivalent experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- 3 years or more experience managing paid search marketing campaigns, communicating with multiple 3rd party agency vendors or other related experience.
- Experience working with ad design and copywriting. (Preferred)
- Experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or other creative software. (Preferred)
- A combination of a master's degree and 1 year of related experience may be considered in lieu of the experience requirement.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing AdCenter & Meta Business Manager.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems.
- Strong writing, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of web development principles and technologies, including Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) & JavaScript preferred
