You are a leader of product strategy, assortment creation and brand growth. You have demonstrated experience developing merchandising strategies that balance brand vision, trend and business drivers. You love leading a team of merchandisers by directing, focusing and motivating.
A Day in the Life:
The typical day is… atypical. You might be building seasonal global merchandising line plans, working with different geographies and business units. You might be utilizing sales history, market information and brand filters to influence product POV during development process or working with your team on assortment building to capitalize on opportunities. The consistent thread is that you’ll be working with an amazing team across Merchandising, Design and Product Development who share your passion for excellence… and beautiful product!
To Land This Role:
  • 12+ years Merchandising experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams across multiple disciplines
  • Previous experience in Global Merchandising (having directly worked with Design & Product Development is strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or equivalent
  • Strong product sense with proven experience in driving product assortments and partnering with Design to conceive product assortments that drive business
  • Strategic thinker who recognizes opportunities and can influence decision-makers to move to execution
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • High level of analytical skills and conceptual creative ability
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Global perspective with International market experience a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel when necessary

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 200,000.00 USD - 260,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
