Senior Field Sales Representative - Greater Tampa Bay Area

Critter Control®, one of the the Nation's Leading Pest and Wildlife Management firms is growing quickly and Critter Control of Greater Tampa is accepting applicants for a Senior Field Sales Representative. This field sales position will include inspecting residential and commercial properties and residential, presenting solutions using our high value pest and wildlife exclusion, environmentally friendly pest control, attic insulation and repair services.

Full training is provided. Our sales pro’s close 50% of all job estimates quoted.

This is a sales professional career position offering 6 figure annual income potential (Draw + Commission + Bonus Override), flexible schedule and amazing opportunities for growth. We have been in business locally in Greater Tampa for over 18 years and our corporation has over 130 offices nationwide!

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, honest, reliable, hard-working and a proven sales professional. The service area consists primarily of Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, with some coverage in Pasco County. You must be:

-Professional in appearance and communications with clients.

-Self Motivated, hardworking and committed to earning 6-figures annually

-Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

-Capable of operating a smartphone and a tablet.

-Enjoy solving important pest pressures for clients

-Residing in the Greater Tampa Bay area

**Minimum Requirement: Documented sales success. In-home or in-store sales experience (examples: Pest Control, Cutlery (Zwilling JA Henckels, Cutco Cutlery, etc) Windows, Roofing, Attic Insulation, HVAC, Landscape, Cellular, i.e., Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T etc etc) a plus, but not required. High School Graduate (or Equivalent)**

Job Types: Full-time, Draw + Commission +Bonus Override

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

NECESSARY: **1) BACKGROUND CHECK, 2) DRUG TEST AND 3) CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. **

Responsibilities

• “Solution selling” by appointment.
• Inspecting the interior/exterior of homes and businesses to identify the pest and/or wildlife issue which originated the call to Critter Control
• Create electronic estimates (Tablet/Phone/CRM)
• Present the estimate and solution to the home or business owner
• Prospect followup and close
• Attend weekly team sales calls
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Report and provide feedback to management using internal reporting
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
• Work closely with your support team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
