What You’ll Do

  • Create, innovate, and enhance the customer experience in the Bridal vertical
  • Oversee all design-related projects within the bridal vertical
  • Mentor and foster development of junior members of the creative team
  • Work with account managers across the vertical to identify creative approaches and consult with clients to find the best solution that is on message and brings fresh thinking to the projects
  • Contribute and collaborate with our Creative Director, Designers, and Account Managers on ideation of and execution of quarterly concepts
  • Dedicate yourself to staying on top of current and future industry trends that can be implemented into your design process
  • Interface with clients as needed to ensure success of relationship as it relates to design
Requirements:


Must-Haves

  • 5-8 years experience in a design-related role
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Thorough understanding of typography, layout, design, color, and overall aesthetics
  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and priorities
  • Outstanding communication and relationship skills, including collaborating cross-functionally within the Creative team and organization
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes, and additional software/web-based applications
  • Accommodate and be comfortable with travel for in-person meetings and/or conferences as necessary (approximately 10% of the time)

How to Stand Out

  • Experience in the health and wellness or run specialty retail industry
  • Familiarity with User Interface design, User Experience design, animation, or video editing
  • An endless curiosity that keeps you ahead of the trends, technologies, and tools that will help you-and the organization-deliver the best digital experiences across the widest markets
  • A sensitivity to and understanding of the nuances of cultural identity and representation in media
