General Summary:
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for system administration and support of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)/Talent Management systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong systems knowledge, project management skills, departmental partnerships and strong analytical skills

In this role, you would be responsible for implementing, developing/maintaining integrations, business processes, process improvement, feature enhancements, security administration and reporting that lead to an effective and efficient HRIS/Talent Mgmt system by performing the following main duties:
  • Partners with Director of HR Technology to develop forward-thinking strategies around system enhancements, integrations, process improvement and associate experience.
  • Provides insight, recommendations and develop processes and best practices as it relates to the HRIS/Talent Mgmt system.
  • Responsible for business process development, projects, improvement, configuration, releases, testing, maintenance and implementation within talent mgmt. systems including Kenexa, SuccessFactors and SAP Litmos.
  • Responsible for developing and enhancing strong partnerships/collaboration with departments to gather information and translate that into a business process/system functionality that both aligns with the needs of the business and keeps the end user experience in mind.
  • Aids in the creation and maintenance of process mapping for both the end user experience and system process.
  • Acts as an administrator for the HRIS/Talent Mgmt systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Works with vendors to develop data imports, exports, and reporting; establishes recurring data feeds.
  • Monitors HRIS integrations to ensure they are functioning properly and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Manages audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity and security of HRIS/Talent Mgmt system.
  • Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Experience Required:

Required Length & Type of Experience:
  • At least 8+ years of related HRIS experience.
  • Experience in systems management and reporting tools, such as MS Access and Excel or equivalent combination of education and/or related experience
  • Knowledge of HR processes and terminology.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Google Suite or Microsoft Suite.
  • Intermediate or advanced experience with Kenexa, Success Factors, and/or SAP HCM, Litmos in the areas of Security, Business Processes, Configuration and Integrations.

  • Be able to clearly and effectively communicate with internal customers and external partners, at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to articulate complex systems and processes to a wide array of people will different skills sets and base knowledge. This includes spoken, written, electronic, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members, cross functionally teams and business partners at all levels.
  • Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
  • Be highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Able to analyze results at a micro and macro level and present findings.
  • Makes routine decisions following established policies and procedures; collaborates with manager to gain assistance when complex issues arise.

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
