What You’ll Do

Rearch, design, and development of backend services into smaller services including, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead Apploi's move from a Python based monolith to a distributed architecture in AWS
• Service orchestration with CI/CD including local, staging, and production deployments
• Evaluate and recommend data storage depending on the needs of the service
• API Gateway and GraphQL federated gateway support service routing
• Infrastructure As Code (IAC) using Terraform

In general, our architecture consists of Django, Flask/SQLAlchemy, mrq queuing, React.js, Reflect automated testing, Heroku, and Elasticsearch, co-existing alongside a data analytics warehouse/engine built on Snowflake, dbt, Sisense, and Segment.io.
