The Tampa office is seeking an excellent lawyer to join a top-tier Labor & Employment practice headed by prominent jury trial lawyer, Richard C. McCrea, Jr. Rich is a Listed, Chambers USA Guide, "Star Individual," who is Board Certified in both Labor & Employment and Civil Trial.
We will consider well-qualified candidates at the shareholder/partner, of counsel, or senior associate level who have a
minimum of seven years of experience in complex and challenging L&E work with an emphasis on federal court litigation.
All candidates must (a) have substantial experience managing L&E cases and clients; (b) have significant experience with trials, dispositive motions, and expert and fact witness depositions, preferably in federal cases; (c) be strategically and analytically minded; (d) be able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team; and (e) be highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Desirable qualifications include: (1) a JD from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class; (2) law review, moot court, or trial team; and (3) experience as a judicial law clerk, preferably for a United States District Judge.
This is an outstanding opportunity for highly-qualified candidate motivated to achieve long-term success in an excellent practice and office of an Am Law 100 law firm (14th in 2020).
Candidates must be admitted to The Florida Bar or, at a minimum, eligible for admission in the near future.
