Senior Maintenance Technician
Lowell, MA
$40- $42 p/h

Summary:

We are looking for a Sr. Maintenance Technician to join a fast-growing Medical Device manufacturer in Lowell, MA. This position is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment located in the fab and plating areas. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on all fab / plating area tool sets, including component disassembly / assembly / repair.
• Responsible for identifying needed parts for repairs / preventative maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance as instructed by the Computer Machine Maintenance System (CMMS)
• Lock/Out Tag Out of equipment when necessary or instructed by Manager.
• Perform Coolant tank Cleaning
• Properly hand and store chemicals and hazardous waste
• Carry out Facility maintenance requirements are consistently met.
• Manage / coach other Technicians
• Direct and coach junior technicians/
• Able to assign work orders to other technicians

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7+ years experience in performing preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor related equipment. Similar equipment experience will be considered
• Experienced with vacuum metal deposition systems.
• Must have good computer, written and oral skills.
• Must be willing to work some weekends, alternating coverage with other maintenance techs
• Must be able to work overtime are required.

4 x 10 hour shifts

Fri – Mon:

1st Shift - 7:30am -5:30pm

3rd Shift – 11:30pm – 9:30am

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
