Who are we hiring?

MSG Networks is seeking a passionate, experienced, and well-organized Sr Manager, Content & Partnership Integrations, to significantly strengthen its brand amplification through continued outreach and synergistic discussions with pertinent brands/ companies within the media/tech/culture sectors. The candidate must be a visual storyteller, capable of establishing relationships with local and global companies to ensure MSGN maintains a wide array of access to content creation opportunities without straining internal resources. MSG's existing prestige entices brands/platforms to allow us to leverage their audiences and marketing resources. Newly established partnerships result in refreshing content that MSGN has quickly learned how to integrate into existing programming formats (i.e., MSG PM, MSG Shorts, Digital/Social).

What will you do?

• Ideate and produce content that supports existing initiatives of Branded/Original Content & Linear Programming groups
• Research established brands, companies, & media platforms that are valuable content partnership candidates for MSGN
• Develop a database of said external partners, identifying specific events and opportunities that make sense for MSGN to explore
• Collaborate with internal Content, Programming, & Marketing stakeholders to determine areas of opportunity or neglect that can be bolstered with supplemental content
• Explore existing initiatives of MSG Sports & MSG Live divisions to determine where opportunities for intra-company collaboration exist
• Assist pertinent internal groups in identifying new content trends, production styles, and tech that can be implemented by MSGN

What do you need to succeed?

• Seasoned experience in diverse elements of content production
  (e.g. storyboarding, producing, directing, shooting, editing)
• Proficiency in utilizing production equipment at all levels of creation flow
• Familiarity with emerging trends within diverse cultural and generational groups
• Extensive professional network of colleagues within media, sports, and tech
• Strong understanding of digital/social media and ample experience both digesting creating content specific to these realms
• Ability to proactively approach opportunities without hesitation
• Powerful people skills and capacity to communicate with diverse demographics
